Chinar Sanghvi, MD
Associate Director for Education and Competencies
Chinar Sanghvi, MD, is an Associate Clinical Professor specializing in Pain Medicine at the UC Davis School of Medicine. She is the Associate Director for Education and Competencies at the UC Davis Office of Wellness Education and well as Associate Fellowship Director for the UC Davis Division of Pain Medicine. She developed several medical school courses including “Assessment and Management of Spinal Pain” and ‘Specialties in Support of Adult Primary Care”.
She completed her medical education at the Medical College of Georgia and served as Chief Resident in Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. She received awards and recognition including the Robert D. Dripps Memorial Award as well as selection as Dean’s Scholar, Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, and Alpha Epsilon Upsilon Honor Society at Emory University.
