Skyler Hanka’s career is marked by a conscious, restorative, and functional approach to cooking and wellness, shaped by over a decade of time spent working in farm-to-table restaurants to managing a cooking school and teaching culinary and nutrition classes. Additionally, she has been instrumental in creating nutrition and culinary curriculum, further enriching her expertise. Volunteering with local farms has also allowed her to connect more deeply with the source of our food, emphasizing the importance of community and sustainability in culinary practices.
